1. General Policy
At NARPROECOM INTERNATIONAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing high-quality wedding and event packages, including photography and related services. Since our offerings are service-based and customized for each client, our refund and return policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both parties.
2. Return Policy
- Non-Returnable Services: As we primarily deal with customized event services and photography packages, our services are non-returnable once delivered.
- Digital Content & Media: Edited photographs, videos, and other deliverables shared digitally are considered final and cannot be returned.
3. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the nature and stage of the booking:
(a) Before Event / Service Date
- Full Refund: If cancellation is made within 7 days of booking and at least 30 days before the event date, a full refund will be issued (after deducting any transaction/processing fees).
- Partial Refund: If cancellation is made less than 30 days but at least 15 days before the event date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 15 days of the event date are not eligible for refunds, as resources and staff would already be scheduled.
(b) On or After Event Date
- Once the event services have commenced or been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may request a rescheduling of services at least 15 days prior to the event date, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling within 15 days of the event date will attract additional charges (to be communicated case by case).
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
- Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways/banks will be deducted from the refund.
6. Exceptions
Refunds or reschedules may be considered in exceptional cases such as:
- Natural disasters or government restrictions (e.g., lockdowns).
- Serious medical emergencies (with valid proof).
